Terms of Service

ViePDF provides PDF tools that run entirely in your web browser. All file processing happens locally on your device; your files are never uploaded to our servers. Some features (such as downloading a processed result) require an active plan.

You may create an account to manage your plans. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 16 years old.

We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans. Payments are processed by Creem — our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, subscription renewals, and all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) based on your location. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Because Creem is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, that purchase is also governed by Creem's Buyer Terms of Service. If anything in these Terms conflicts with Creem's Buyer Terms, Creem's Buyer Terms prevail.

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required, for all plans (monthly, yearly, and lifetime) — even if you have already downloaded or used a processed result. This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you may have under applicable law (including the right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers — see Section 5). To request a refund, email us at hello@viepdf.click. If a request cannot be resolved with us directly, you may also contact Creem — our Merchant of Record — through its customer portal; Creem is the final decision-maker on refunds and chargebacks, based on the criteria set out in its terms.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or the United Kingdom, the law may give you a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of digital content or services. In every case, our 14-day no-reason refund policy in Section 4 meets and exceeds this minimum requirement, whether or not you have started using the Service. You therefore do not need to take any step other than requesting a refund under Section 4.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your dashboard via the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Lifetime plans do not renew and need no cancellation.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to process content that infringes others' rights, to reverse engineer the Service, to circumvent plan limits, or to abuse or disrupt the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We cannot see or verify your files, and we are not responsible for their content or for the accuracy of processed output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViePDF is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
